Positioned near exotic rivals like Ferrari and McLaren, the Turbo S delivers supercar performance from its 560-hp twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat-six. It can accelerate to 60 mph in as little as 2.6 seconds and run the quarter mile in about 10.8 seconds, with a real-world top speed exceeding 200 mph.
Murray highlights the car’s most impressive trait: midrange acceleration. Overtaking performance is explosive, with rapid bursts of speed from highway cruising. The PDK dual-clutch transmission shifts quickly and intuitively, while handling remains flat and controlled thanks to advanced chassis systems. Carbon-ceramic brakes provide strong, fade-resistant stopping power.
Despite its price and performance, the interior closely resembles other 911 models, with only minor Turbo S details setting it apart. Standard features include full leather, adaptive sport seats, and advanced displays. Murray also compares the Turbo and Turbo S, concluding the Turbo S offers strong value since most of its upgrades would cost nearly as much if added to a standard Turbo.
