FOR SALE: FOR SALE: 2025 RUF SCR

Offered for sale by its original owner with fewer than 2,000 miles

Broad Arrow Private Sales is offering an exceptionally specified 2025 RUF SCR, a modern, individually commissioned sports car that demonstrates RUF Automobile’s evolution from a celebrated Porsche specialist into an independent manufacturer. Combining carbon-fiber construction, a high-revving naturally aspirated flat-six, and traditional manual engagement, the SCR delivers a distinctive interpretation of the classic 911 formula.

Unlike conventional Porsche-based conversions, the modern SCR is engineered around an entirely bespoke platform. Its lightweight carbon-fiber monocoque incorporates bonded front and rear spaceframes, complemented by an integrated high-strength steel roll cage. The carbon-fiber bodywork retains the recognizable proportions of an air-cooled 911 while benefiting from aerodynamic development informed by computational fluid dynamics.

Power comes from a water-cooled, naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six derived from the Mezger engine lineage. Producing 510 horsepower at 8,270 rpm and 347 lb-ft of torque at 5,760 rpm, the engine sends power exclusively to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential.

With a claimed weight of approximately 2,756 pounds, the SCR achieves a manufacturer-stated 0–62 mph acceleration time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 199 mph. Its double-wishbone suspension employs horizontally mounted, pushrod-actuated adjustable dampers, while carbon-ceramic braking hardware provides substantial stopping capability.

This particular example, chassis number 06017, was commissioned in 2022 and finished in Paint to Sample Golden Classic. Its exterior is complemented by silver 19-inch lightweight double-spoke wheels, silver RUF-branded brake calipers, and carbon-ceramic brakes.

The cabin follows an equally individualized specification, featuring Charcoal leather upholstery, folding carbon-fiber Lollipop sport bucket seats with black-and-cream Pepita inserts, and contrasting Golden stitching. Visible carbon-fiber detailing extends across the dashboard and door panels. Additional equipment includes a hydraulic front-axle lifting system, fire extinguisher, and magnetic number plates.

The car made its public debut at the 2025 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance, where it was delivered directly to its original owner by Alois Ruf. Now offered in the United States in near-new condition, it has covered fewer than 2,000 miles and completed its factory-prescribed break-in period. With RUF production capacity limited and bespoke commissions requiring considerable waiting periods, chassis 06017 represents an opportunity to acquire a recently completed example without the lengthy factory ordering process. More importantly, its combination of lightweight carbon construction, high-revving naturally aspirated performance, and manual engagement preserves an increasingly uncommon interpretation of the modern driver’s car.
