Inspired by Porsche’s long racing heritage, the 2024 911 S/T is a limited-edition model created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the original 911. This example, listed on Bring a Trailer with just 98 miles, is the 762nd of 1,963 produced—a number that references the 911’s 1963 debut. Built to prioritize driving engagement over outright track performance, it pays tribute to the lightweight factory 911 race cars developed for Group 4 competition in the early 1970s.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six producing 518 horsepower, paired with a short-throw six-speed manual gearbox featuring shorter ratios, a lightweight clutch, and a single-mass flywheel for sharper response and stronger acceleration.
Weight-saving measures include a carbon-fiber roof and front fenders, carbon-fiber doors shared with the GT3 RS, and a carbon-fiber hood from the GT3. Lightweight glass, reduced sound insulation, an extended-range fuel tank, a retractable rear spoiler, and silver-finished magnesium center-lock wheels—20-inch front and 21-inch rear—complement carbon-ceramic brakes with black Porsche-script calipers.
This car also features the optional Heritage Design Package, finished in Gentian Blue Metallic with gold badging and “1963–2023” crests, while omitting the usual motorsport graphics. Inside, the Heritage Design theme blends classic and modern elements, including Black and Classic Cognac leather, a perforated headliner, carbon-fiber bucket seats with fabric inserts, green-dial gauges, ambient lighting, the Sport Chrono Package, and a Bose surround sound system.
