This 9WERKS TV video explores the rare Porsche 911 30 Jahre, also known as the Jubiläumsmodell or “Jubi,” a special edition built to celebrate 30 years of the 911. Based on the Porsche 964, it debuted in 1993 as the first true anniversary model Porsche produced, with a maximum of 911 units made.

The 30 Jahre featured a unique specification, including a wide Turbo-style body paired with Carrera 4 all-wheel-drive running gear. Unlike the Turbo, it kept the naturally aspirated engine and retractable rear spoiler, giving it a distinctive wide-body “flat-back” look. Standard equipment included 17-inch Cup wheels, special badging with an individual production number, and an upscale leather interior. It was offered in just three colors: Viola Metallic, Polar Silver, and Amethyst.

Powered by the standard 250-hp Carrera flat-six, the car focuses more on comfort and exclusivity than outright performance. Today, its limited production, unique configuration, and historical significance make the 30 Jahre a highly collectible model among Porsche enthusiasts.
