If you want to make your Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS a better track machine, Manthey Racing has a kit for you. This kit will make a 718 Cayman GT4 RS one second slower than the iconic 918 Spyder around Nürburging.
Driven by Porsche factory driver Jörg Bergmeister, the GT4 RS MR completed the Nordschleife in an impressive time of 7:03.21 seconds, surpassing the standard GT4 RS by over six seconds. It’s remarkable considering that the Manthey Racing kit does not include any powertrain upgrades.
The Manthey Racing kit includes a stiffer coilover suspension, upgraded brakes, and improved aerodynamics featuring a new front underbody, rear wing, and rear-wheel aero discs. The maximum downforce is increased from 196 to 372 pounds at 124 mph, and a carbon-fiber rear hatch is added to manage the additional downforce.
