Porsche Delivers 33,000+ Vehicles in 2026 H1

911 and Macan lead the way in a challenging marketplace

Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) reported U.S. retail deliveries of 33,012 vehicles during the first half of 2026, as product portfolio transitions weighed on overall sales volume. The automaker said first-half results were affected by several anticipated changes to its lineup, including the end of 718 production and planned reductions in battery-electric vehicle deliveries. Those declines were partially offset by strong demand for the 911 and steady sales of the Cayenne.

“Despite a challenging operating environment, our first-half 2026 results reflect the resilience of our business and the loyalty of our customers, for which we are incredibly grateful,” said Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America. “As we navigate important product transitions across our portfolio, strong demand for the 911 and the continued momentum of the Cayenne underscore the enduring appeal of our brand. With the 911 GT3 S/C and all-electric Cayenne arriving soon, we are excited about the opportunities ahead as we enter the second half of the year.”

911

The 911 emerged as Porsche’s strongest performer during the first six months of the year, with U.S. deliveries climbing 56.3 percent compared with the same period in 2025 to 8,478 vehicles. Deliveries of the 718, which has reached the end of production, totaled 244 units during the period.

Macan

The Macan remained Porsche’s highest-volume model in the U.S., recording 11,552 deliveries through the first half of 2026. The compact SUV accounted for approximately 35 percent of the brand’s total retail sales.

Cayenne

Cayenne sales also remained steady. Porsche delivered 4,969 Cayenne models during the second quarter, nearly matching the 4,996 vehicles delivered during the same period a year earlier.
