Marketplace: 6k-Mile 1994 Porsche 911 Speedster Strosek

90s tuner rarity by Vittorio Strosek returns to BaT with low miles

This 1994 Porsche 911 is one of 936 Speedsters produced for the single model year and was delivered new in Maritime Blue before it was modified by Vittorio Strosek with widened bodywork, a restyled front fascia, and a lowered suspension. The car features fixed-back bucket seats with black and blue leather upholstery, and power comes from a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. It also has a black soft top, a rear clamshell cover, three-piece 17″ OZ Racing wheels, air conditioning, and a Sony Bluetooth stereo. The car was sold on BaT in December 2021 before it was acquired by the current owner in 2024, and it now shows 6k miles. This modified 964 Speedster is offered on consignment in North Carolina by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with a clean Carfax report and a Montana title.

The car is finished in Maritime Blue (F2) and features a rear clamshell cover unique to the Speedster model. This example is said to have been modified by Vittorio Strosek with widened front and rear bodywork, a restyled front fascia, ellipsoid headlights molded into the front fenders, aerodynamic mirrors, inlets ahead of the rear wheels, and vented rear bodywork. The third brake light has been replaced with a 993-style “basket-handle.” Close-up photos of the paint and trim are provided in the gallery below.

Three-piece 17″ OZ Racing wheels are mounted with 235/45 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, installed in December 2025, according to the selling dealer. The suspension was modified by Strosek, and stopping power is provided by red-finished Porsche-branded calipers over ventilated rotors at all four corners. The brake fluid was flushed in preparation for the sale.

Cockpit

The interior features fixed-back Recaro bucket seats with body-color shells that are trimmed in black and blue leather. The revised door panels feature blue pulls that match the three-point seat belts. Equipment includes air conditioning and a Sony stereo with a CD player and Bluetooth connectivity. A four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation, including a Strosek-branded 8k-rpm tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, combination gauges, and an analog clock. The six-digit odometer shows 6k miles, of which approximately 200 were added under current ownership.

Engine

The 3.6-liter flat-six was factory rated at 247 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 228 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 rpm. The selling dealer tells us that service in December 2025 included an oil change and replacement of the air and fuel filters, drive belt, and front hood shocks. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a G50 five-speed manual transaxle. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
