The Porsche 911 S/T is a purist’s sports car, combining modern engineering with motorsport technology and simplicity. Built for winding roads, it features a unique damper setup, shorter gearing, and a 518-horsepower naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine from the GT3 RS, which revs to 9,000 rpm, paired with a lightweight clutch and flywheel.
Weighing just 3,056 pounds, it’s the lightest 911 of its generation, using carbon fiber for the roof, hood, doors, and fenders, plus magnesium wheels and ceramic brakes. Reduced sound insulation saves weight and amplifies engine and mechanical noise. The car features a mechanical limited-slip differential, no rear-wheel steering, and a revised steering ratio for sharper response.
