Ultra-Rare 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport Up For Grabs

Number 26 of only 77 built

Limited to only 77 units, the Porsche 911 GT3 R rennsport is a track-focused creation free from racing regulations. Based on the 992-generation GT3 R, it shares the race car’s foundations but abandons FIA restrictions on weight, power, and aerodynamics. The result is a purpose-built machine designed purely for performance and driver excitement rather than homologation.

The bodywork, crafted by Style Porsche’s Grant Larson and Thorsten Klein, draws on Porsche heritage while pushing modern race-car proportions to the extreme. Although its roofline and hood nod to the GT3 R, nearly every panel is bespoke. Its aggressive stance is defined by a massive rear wing inspired by 1970s Martini Racing 935s, generating immense downforce, while digital mirrors and a full-width LED light strip modernize its appearance.

One of these limited-edition Porsche 911s is currently available for sale on Bring a Trailer with only 21 miles on the odometer. This example, number 26 of 77 produced, is finished in exposed carbon fiber accented with Agate Gray Metallic on the roof pillars, handles, and jambs.

The Rennsport rides on 18-inch single-piece BBS aluminum wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires, supported by a tire pressure monitoring system. Braking is delivered through AP Racing discs with ventilated rotors and aluminum calipers, complemented by Bosch Race ABS, titanium-backed pads, and adjustable bias control.

Inside, a Racetech seat with a Schroth six-point harness is surrounded by a welded roll cage, side nets, Race-Tex trim, and LED ambient lighting. A carbon-fiber steering wheel with integrated controls is compatible with a Cosworth ICD digital dash and data logger.

Power comes from a Rennsport-tuned 4.2L flat-six engine producing 611 hp on E25, driving the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential gearbox, a carbon clutch, and an advanced adjustable suspension. Additional features include an oil-level gauge set into the right rear quarter window, a rear LED light bar with illuminated Porsche lettering, a rain light, and a diffuser housing dual open exhaust outlets.
