Ultra-Rare Singer DLS ‘Mame Commission’

Known as the "Mame Commission"

Set to cross the block at Broad Arrow Auctions‘ Monterey sale on August 13 with an estimated value of up to $3,200,000, this remarkable Singer Dynamics and Lightweight Study (DLS)—the “Mame Commission”—is presented in virtually new condition with just over 250 miles recorded.

This bespoke build is one of just 75 DLS commissions built in collaboration with Williams Advanced Engineering and guided by Porsche legends Hans Mezger and Norbert Singer. Based on a 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 2, it features a bespoke Fluid Silver exterior—a $42,550 option—protected by full-vehicle paint protection film.

The interior is trimmed in custom Olive Green suede with Black bead-blasted brightwork and Black-tinted satin carbon fiber throughout. Subtle interior touches include a maple wood shift knob, a carbon fiber X-brace, a MOMO steering wheel, and an engraved “Everything is Important” logo.

At its heart lies a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine, built in collaboration with Williams, delivering 500 horsepower and a 9,000 rpm redline. The engine is mated to a magnesium six-speed Hewland transmission and housed in a lightweight structure of carbon fiber, titanium, and magnesium, tipping the scales at just 990 kg. Advanced components include Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, EXE-TC suspension, and forged BBS magnesium wheels.
