AutotopNL takes the 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S (992.2) onto the German Autobahn, where the car reaches an impressive 336 km/h (209 mph) during a high-speed run.

While the latest Turbo S looks similar to its predecessor, it features substantial technical updates. It rides on optional wheels with carbon aero inserts and larger 420 mm carbon-ceramic brakes with 10-piston front calipers. The bodywork is also wider to accommodate larger tires, including 325-section rears, while vents behind the taillights help extract air from the wheel arches. Enlarged turbo inlets feed the engine.

Power comes from a revised 3.6-liter twin-turbo flat-six, related to the GTS engine but equipped with two smaller electrically assisted turbochargers that improve throttle response and reduce lag. Output increases to 711 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque, enabling 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and a factory-rated top speed of 322 km/h.

The new Turbo S also incorporates a hybrid system, adding 80 hp via an electric motor integrated into the 8-speed PDK transmission. Despite gaining 85 kg, performance is significantly enhanced. Aerodynamic upgrades include active front flaps, an inflatable front splitter, and an adaptive rear wing that adjusts to optimize stability and speed.
