The Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport 25 is a limited-edition, track-only tribute celebrating 25 years of Manthey-Racing, the Nürburgring-based performance outfit founded by Olaf Manthey. This isn’t just a cosmetic homage—Porsche and Manthey Racing infused it with advanced engineering inspired by Manthey’s 911 GT3 R “Grello,” pairing functional upgrades with the iconic green-and-yellow livery.

Notable features include a central radiator for consistent engine cooling, a redesigned carbon-fiber hood with dual vents, a closed underbody, and a NACA duct channeling fresh air to the cockpit. Flared front and rear fenders with Grello-accented vents improve airflow to the brakes and rear, while aerodynamic door sills and a swan-neck-supported rear wing boost downforce and stability. Track-focused elements extend to the diffuser, rear exhaust, and unique tailpipes, with regulation-compliant rear rain lights integrated.

Suspension, electronics, and 18-inch BBS center-lock wheels draw from the 2019 Porsche 935, delivering a wider track and sharper handling. Inside, a dash-mounted “25 Jahre Manthey-Racing” plaque underscores its exclusivity.

Limited to just 30 cars, the 911 GT2 RS Clubsport 25 was engineered for track days and circuit racing. Hartnett Media spent two days in Tokyo, Japan, capturing one of these remarkable machines on one of the world’s most extraordinary race tracks.
