This 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder, number 587 of just 918 produced, is a single-owner example showing fewer than 400 miles from new. Delivered via Porsche of the Main Line in Pennsylvania, it is finished in Black over Onyx Black leather with silver piping and equipped with an array of desirable factory options. These include a front-axle lift system, a carbon fiber interior package, Burmester audio, HomeLink, an extended charging cable, and silver-painted carbon-ceramic brake calipers, all ordered through Porsche’s “Special Wishes” program.
Powered by a race-derived 4.6-liter V8 and dual electric motors, the 918 Spyder delivers a combined 887 horsepower and 994 pound-feet of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in under 2.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 211 mph. Its hybrid architecture allows for silent electric cruising or thrilling performance with the V8’s 9,000-rpm redline, backed by a flat-plane crankshaft, titanium rods, and dry-sump lubrication. Adaptive aero, including a deployable rear wing and underbody flaps, gives the car both visual elegance and track-ready capability.
This example is designed for both usability and performance, featuring optional equipment such as a lift system to clear obstacles and a 25-foot charging cable for the 6.8-kWh battery. Interior details include a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, black seatbelts, carbon bucket seats with pads, and subtle black tire valve caps.
Maintained exclusively by the selling dealer, the car received its factory 10-year service in June 2025, which included new tires, spark plugs, ignition coils, sensors, and a comprehensive fluid and filter refresh. Included in the sale are original documents, service records, charger, carbon fiber wind deflector, serialized presentation book, and build photos.
It will be offered by RM Sotheby’s at their upcoming Monterey auction on August 16, with an estimate of $2,500,000 to $3,000,000.
