Porsche drew on its storied heritage to create the 2024 911 S/T, a limited-edition model marking the 60th anniversary of the original 911. This example, listed on Bring a Trailer with just 56 miles, is No. 449 of 1,963 built—an intentional nod to the sports car’s inaugural model year.
Unveiled in 2024, the 992-generation S/T embodies lightweight engineering with CFRP body panels, lightweight glass, minimal insulation, and magnesium wheels. Its name pays tribute to the 911 S/T Group 4 racers of 1970–72, which combined 911S mechanicals with the lighter 911T shell. Similarly, the modern S/T combines GT3 Touring design cues with the GT3 RS powertrain.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-six delivering 518 HP, paired with a short-ratio 6-speed manual, lightweight clutch, and single-mass flywheel for sharper response. Weight-saving continues with a carbon fiber roof, fenders, hood, and doors, plus a retractable rear spoiler, extended-range fuel tank, and magnesium centerlock wheels wrapped around carbon-ceramic brakes with black Porsche-script calipers.
Finished in paint-to-sample Gulf Blue with orange Gulf-style livery, this car also carries the optional Heritage Design Package. That package adds exclusive gold Porsche badging and “1963–2023” anniversary crests, minus the usual motorsport decals and roundels.
Inside, Black and Classic Cognac leather, carbon-fiber bucket seats with fabric inserts, and Porsche Green gauges are paired with contemporary touches, including the Sport Chrono Package, Bose surround sound, ambient lighting, and a perforated headliner.
