Two decades after the debut of Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the latest 992-generation version stands as one of the most uncompromising road-legal performance machines ever built. Its singular focus is clear: extract maximum lap-time performance with relentless precision.
At its core lies a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six, a purist’s engine choice in an era where many competitors are shifting toward hybrid and electric powertrains. Even now, the GT3 RS remains committed to that high-revving formula that has defined it for years.
For enthusiasts, the GT3 RS has long been the ultimate prize within the 911 lineup. Special configurations—particularly Paint to Sample examples like this one currently listed on Bring a Trailer—have become increasingly desirable, adding exclusivity to an already coveted model.
This 2024 example was optioned with roughly $125,000 in extras, including about $40,000 in Sonderwunsch factory customization. Finished in striking Paint to Sample Auratium Green, it also features the Weissach Package, a black full-leather dashboard, bespoke 930-style door panels trimmed in black leather and carbon fiber, and carbon-fiber bucket seats with factory Tartan cloth inserts.
Showing just 521 miles, the car is further equipped with an electronically locking differential, LED-Matrix Design headlights with PDLS+, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, satin White Gold 20- and 21-inch forged magnesium center-lock wheels, a front-axle lift system, rear parking sensors, a Bose sound system, Porsche Communication Management, automatic climate control, and cruise control.
Power comes from its 4.0-liter flat-six, featuring direct fuel injection, VarioCam variable valve timing, dry-sump lubrication, and individual throttle bodies. Factory-rated at 518 horsepower and 342 lb-ft of torque, it sends power to the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission and an electronically locking differential with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus.
