The 981-generation Cayman GT4 Clubsport marked Porsche’s serious expansion into customer GT4 racing. Built as a factory track-only car, it combined components from the 911 GT3 program with the mid-engine Cayman platform to create a purpose-built competition chassis. This example stands out for its documented race history and continued development as an active track car.
Background

This 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport is a factory-built, track-only 981 that competed professionally from early in its life. Raced by Bodymotion Racing in 2016 and 2017, it recorded a multi-class win at Sebring in 2016, marking an early international victory for the GT4 Clubsport platform.
In 2019, the car was modified to compete at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in a one-make GT4 Clubsport class created by Porsche in partnership with Yokohama. Driven by Travis Pastrana, it won its class. His signature remains on the dashboard.

Finished in white and wrapped in Yokohama Advan black-and-red livery, the car was acquired by the current owner in 2023 for track use. A replacement PDK transaxle was installed that year, and the 3.8-liter flat-six was rebuilt by DeMan Motorsports in 2025. It now shows 14,000 miles and is offered on dealer consignment in Mount Kisco, New York, on a bill of sale only.
