FOR SALE: 1989 Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Classic Services

Known as the Beachland commission

Completed by Singer Vehicle Design in November 2023, the Beachland commission is a highly personalized Classic Study built from a 1989 Porsche 911. It features Singer’s naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, Öhlins adjustable suspension, and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes. The car combines classic 911 styling with modern engineering, including seam-welded construction, a carbon-fiber roof, and full carbon-fiber bodywork.

The exterior is finished in paint-to-sample Beachland, protected by full paint protection film. Raised Porsche lettering and the Singer logo are finished in 24-carat gold. Nickel RS wheel centers contrast with pistachio-painted brake calipers and subtle ghosted side stripes.

Inside, bespoke carbon track seats developed with the commissioning owner feature extra bolstering for comfort on long drives while retaining track support. The seats use a unique 12-leather woven insert design that continues across the dashboard and door panels. Technology includes Porsche Classic Navigation with Apple CarPlay, plus an upgraded audio system with an Audison amplifier and Dynaudio speakers and subwoofer.

Additional custom details include a nickel-plated center console insert, nickel-plated door sills with “Beachland” script, and ivory-finished gauges styled after early 911s. A Le Mans-inspired external fuel filler and two bespoke keys—one titanium Singer Classic key and one custom Formawerks key color-matched to the car—complete the specification. The underside of the hood bears the signatures of the Singer team who built it. The car remains with its original commissioning owner and has covered approximately 5,000 miles since completion.

The Beachland commission is currently offered for sale through RM Sotheby’s, presented in partnership with Singer Vehicle Design. It carries a full Singer warranty following a recent inspection at Singer’s Torrance, California headquarters, with an estimated value of $1,150,000–$1,350,000 USD.
