One of the first major updates to Porsche’s most iconic sports car was the introduction of the C-Series 911 in 1970, featuring a larger 2.2-liter flat-six engine.

This 1970 Porsche 911T Coupe is the subject of a restoration under previous ownership, which included a replacement engine and 5-speed manual transaxle, an exterior repaint, new black upholstery with red stitching, modified brakes and suspension, a Dansk sport muffler, and an aftermarket fuel injection system. As indicated by the seller, the work performed under previous ownership left several cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical issues that are left to the next owner to address.

An excellent winter project for any air-cooled Porsche enthusiast, this 911T is now being offered for auction out of California.
