On the unrestricted stretches of the German Autobahn, few cars feel as at home as the Porsche 911 GT3 RS — and with an Akrapovič titanium exhaust system fitted, the 992-generation GT3 RS transforms from a high-performance machine into a raw, motorsport-bred spectacle.

The 992 GT3 RS’s 4.0-liter flat-six engine revs to a soaring 9,000 rpm, delivering 518 horsepower and razor-sharp throttle response. With the Akrapovič system installed, the exhaust note sharpens into a raw, motorsport-inspired scream that builds with each gear change.

Recently, the folks from AutoTopNL were able to push it to the limits on an unrestricted section of the German autobahn. In this test, the car was pushed deep into triple-digit speeds, its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six screaming toward its 9,000 RPM redline. During the run, the car sliced through the air at over 185 mph, proving that the 992 GT3 RS is not just a track star but also a straight-line beast.
