The Porsche Cross Turismo is a CUV or Cross Utility Vehicle. Although the Cross Turismo is based on the Taycan and not on the Mission E sedan concept car, it was still called Mission E as the Taycan model name was not unveiled yet.
The Cross Turismo naturally has all-wheel drive and its all-wheel steering system contributes to agility and stability. Adaptive air suspension increases the ground clearance by up to 2"/50 mm. Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) is also on board, providing active roll stabilisation and reducing lateral rocking of the vehicle on uneven surfaces.
Using a camera in the rear-view mirror, the eye-tracking system detects which instrument the driver is looking at. The display in focus is then brought to the foreground, while others are made smaller. Operations are carried out using smart touch controls on the steering wheel.
