FOR SALE: 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder Weissach Package

Number 221 of 918 produced wordlwide

Unveiled at the 2010 Geneva Auto Salon, the Porsche 918 was conceived as the Carrera GT’s successor and a decisive break from its traditional supercar formula. Though it carried over advanced hardware such as a CFRP monocoque, double-wishbone suspension, and carbon-ceramic brakes, the 918’s defining leap was its hybrid powertrain, signaling a new direction for Porsche performance.

The 918’s powertrain pairs a front-mounted electric motor with a rear combination of a naturally aspirated 4.6-liter V-8 and a second electric motor, creating an all-wheel-drive system managed by a PDK dual-clutch gearbox. This configuration delivers remarkable grip and responsiveness despite the car’s mass. Based on the RS Spyder’s Le Mans–proven engine, the system pushes the 918 past 210 mph while offering hybrid modes that fluidly blend efficiency, civility, and outright performance.
Currently listed on Bring a Trailer, this 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder shows just 1,994 miles and is reportedly one of only four finished in Guards Red for the North American market. It was specified new with the $84,000 Weissach Package, adding enhanced aerodynamics and exposed carbon-fiber elements including the windshield frame, mirrors, roof panels, and extended rear diffuser. The cabin is trimmed in black leather with red piping, complemented by matching seatbelts and door accents.

Chassis number 221 of 918 produced, the car is equipped with nearly every available option, including Porsche Active Aerodynamics, a glare-reducing interior package, Burmester surround sound, two-zone automatic climate control, HomeLink, front-axle lift, and removable carbon-fiber roof panels.
