Low production numbers and a respected heritage make this 1994 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6 a standout among air-cooled icons. Currently offered for sale on Bring a Trailer with just 2,494 miles, it comes finished in paint-to-sample non-metallic Slate Gray over a black leather interior.
The model’s signature features are combined with period upgrades for a particularly appealing specification. One of about 754 built, it wears multi-piece 18-inch Speedline wheels, red Porsche brake calipers, a fixed rear spoiler, and the characteristic widebody stance. A five-speed manual gearbox and limited-slip differential emphasize its position as one of the last purely analog, rear-wheel-drive Turbos.
The black interior includes supple leather seats accented with Can-Can Red piping, Porsche-branded floor mats, air conditioning, power windows, and a Porsche CR-1 cassette stereo. A leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of the central tachometer, 180-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel.
The 3.6-liter flat-six carries extensive performance upgrades. It features high-lift camshafts, a professional twin-plug conversion, an upgraded intercooler, and an auxiliary injection system that preserves the CIS fuel delivery setup. A custom turbocharger, custom exhaust, and painted valve covers and engine fan round out the enthusiast-oriented powertrain enhancements.
