1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe M491

This 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe was sold new by Ogner Porsche of Woodland Hills, California, and was optioned with the M491 “Turbo Look” package. Work between 2013 and 2025 included resealing the 3.2-liter M930/21 flat-six and the Type 915 five-speed manual transaxle as well as adjusting the valves, repairing the electrical system, installing a replacement clutch, and refreshing the interior. The car has remained registered in the Golden State since new and was purchased by the current owner on BaT in June 2025.

It wears a repaint in Black, and additional equipment includes a custom sound system, a power-operated sunroof, Euro-spec H4 headlights, silver 16″ Fuchs wheels, and R134a-based air conditioning. Work in preparation for the sale included paint correction, fluids services, and dry ice cleaning the underside along with replacing the tires, shifter kit, engine oil level sensor, and lower valve cover gaskets.

This Carrera coupe shows 99k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, a stamped maintenance booklet, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report and a California title.
