This 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS Touring is one of 1,580 examples produced and was reportedly delivered new in M472 Touring specification. Chassis number 9113600492 was built on February 1, 1973, delivered to Germany, and brought to the US in the 1980s. The car was refurbished in 2003, at which time it was modified with lightweight components.

Finished in Grand Prix White with red leather, it is powered by a 2.7-liter flat-six equipped with mechanical fuel injection and linked with a 915 five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a ducktail rear spoiler, 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels, a roll bar, and fixed-back cloth bucket seats with harnesses.

This Carrera RS was acquired by the current owner in 2013 and is now offered in California on dealer consignment as part of Wob’s Icons of Zuffenhausen Collection with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, a Porsche Production Specification certificate, service records, a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin, and a clean Montana title.
