Singer Vehicle Design is at the forefront of restoring and reimagining 1989–1994 Porsche 911s based on the 964 chassis. One exceptional example of their creation is the “Blueberry,” a 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Targa transformed by Singer Vehicle Design that is also currently up for sale on Broad Arrow’s Private Sales.
Powering the Blueberry is a fully rebuilt air-cooled 4.0-liter flat-six engine equipped with RS+ cams, a CARB-legal Emtron ECU, a ceramic plenum, and a titanium exhaust. The car retains its all-wheel-drive layout, mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
Upgraded Öhlins adjustable suspension enhances handling, while Brembo brakes with high-performance rotors provide confident stopping power. Aesthetically, the Blueberry wears custom duo-tone wheels and a rare seam-welded Targa body, finished in Singer’s unique “Blue Blood” paint with subtle racing stripes and Deep Orange accents. The Targa roof features a Blue Black Stayfast canvas, with the header and liner detailed in Dark Navy and perforated Orange, respectively.
Inside, the Blueberry continues the bespoke theme with Orange leather upholstery from the Classic Leather Collection, woven inserts with Dark Navy stripes, and matching Dark Navy trim on the dashboard and knee pads. Carbon fiber bucket seats grace the front, with folding rears adding functionality.
Further personalization includes a Dark Navy Prototipo steering wheel with Orange stitching and a custom gauge cluster. Modern features like air conditioning and an upgraded audio system with Apple CarPlay blend seamlessly with Singer’s signature craftsmanship.
