When the sun rises over Monza, Eva vom Kolke is already at work. As the organizational backbone of Porsche Track Experience GT Trackdays, she coordinates everything from participant logistics and hospitality to technical operations and customer support—all while remaining remarkably composed amid the noise and intensity of one of Europe’s fastest racetracks.
A GT Trackday offers Porsche owners and enthusiasts access to an extensive fleet of road and race cars, expert instruction, and technical support from Manthey specialists. Behind the scenes, Eva serves as the central link between technicians, instructors, guests, and event staff, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
Throughout the day, she handles a constant stream of tasks: replacing credentials, organizing paddock space, managing participant equipment, and accommodating last-minute requests. With up to 40 race cars and 80 road cars on track, the operation is a carefully orchestrated exercise in controlled chaos.
Her calm is tested when a GT3 RS ends up in the gravel at Monza’s Parabolica. Eva immediately heads to the scene to assist the customer. Fortunately, there are no injuries, and thanks to Manthey’s mobile workshop and support team, the car is quickly prepared to return to the track.
As temperatures soar and activity intensifies, Eva continues coordinating vendors, technicians, and drivers with the same steady focus. Despite spending more than 70 days traveling each year, she remains dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for every participant.
By evening, as engines fall silent and the paddock settles, Eva is still engaging with customers and ensuring every detail is covered. Her work—and that of the Manthey project team—embodies the professionalism, precision, and passion that define a GT Trackday. Unassuming but indispensable, she is the calm center of an event built around speed, performance, and adrenaline.
GT Trackdays are one- or two-day events held at renowned European Grand Prix circuits, exclusively for Porsche GT road and race cars. Participants can bring their own vehicles or rent from the Porsche GT fleet, with optional instructor coaching and technical support available to tailor the experience.
