RoW 1969 Porsche 911S Coupe

This 1969 Porsche 911S coupe was sold new through a dealer in Germany before being brought to South Africa under previous ownership. Chassis 119300890 was acquired by the current owner while in the country in 2012 and subsequently underwent a color change to silver, an interior re-trim, and an engine rebuild as part of a multi-year refurbishment in the mid-2010s before being brought to the US in 2024.

The car is powered by a 2.0-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and rides on 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels coupled with disc brakes at all four corners. Inside, Recaro front sport seats trimmed in black leather and houndstooth cloth are accompanied by a dogleg-pattern shifter and VDO instrumentation.

This 911S coupe is now offered on dealer consignment in Dallas, Texas, with correspondence from Porsche Centre Johannesburg, records from current ownership, and a Texas title in the owner’s name.
